Stress

Current Health-Related Issue

Researchers have found many implications stress has over our bodies. It also states many reasons why some people might be stressed. Which are financial problems, relationship problems and work problems. It also states that around 75% of us have experienced moderate to high levels of stress in the past month. Anyone can be involved with this because we all get stressed at some point in our lives. Since people are stressed they use drunks or alcohol, or “ comfort eat” which can lead to obesity and diabetes. People suggest that if you are stressed out to positive self talk, find pleasure and relaxation and to count from 10-0 to feel more relaxed.

Reflection: I think that stress is hard to handle and sometimes we have to relax. I think that since we are stressed we try to remove stress by smoking, drinking and even excessive eating. We should try other things like counting from 10-0 because it helps more to calm down for a bit.I think this article relates to me because i feel stressed once in a while too and this kind of helped me.
