8: Dedicate a share of your efforts to greater good.

10: Take full responsibility for your actions.

Reflection: I think that these 10 Indian commandments are great because it’s telling you how to live life good and choosing the right. I think that they are all important to

how you should be living life but also they are very clear.

I would say that commandments 3, 4, 7, 9 and 10 are

alike in a way because it tells you that you need to 

take care of yourself and other to be in peace. I think

that commandment 5 is basically saying that you should always 

help people in need and be kind. I really like commandment

8 because it’s showing that you need to do things for the

right reasons and because they are right. You need to strive for the best for you.

Reflexologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Reflexologist work to help patients ease stress and tension they have. They perform massaging techniques to stimulate pressure joints in patients hand/ feet. They work in medical spas, chiropractic offices or private practices.

Salary: $39,760

Education: Associates degree in programs in massage therapy. At least 110 hours to study reflexology. Must obtain therapy license.

Demand for this profession: 16% between 2010-2020

Reflection: I don't think i would like to be a reflexologist because i don't think im massage good and im more into surgery careers.

Reflection: i agree with this 100% because you need to keep your word and do as you say. You have to act upon what you said. Keeping a promise shows a lot about the person you are because it can show different characteristics you have such as integrity, honesty and trustworthiness. A good example of keeping a promise would be if my friend Alexa said that she’d come to my house on wednesday. It would be considered a promise because she said she would come. If she doesn’t show up, it means that she broke her promise. Breaking a promise is bad because it means that you did not keep your word.

Education: 4-year BSN programs, ADN and diploma, Bachelor’s degree.

Demand for this profession: job growth 26% between 2010-2020

Reflection:I don't think i would like to be a registered nurse because i don't get to do much and i want some cool activities and duties for my job. I think that i want something with more action.

Reflection:I think that when you are good, it will never fail you. When you try to be good and you do good, it will never give you negative consequences. Doing the right things will lead your life into positivity. For example, when Alexa does good things, she feels free of stress, and does not feel guilt. She invests her time into something good because it will never bring her negativity. If she invests her time into doing bad things, she will receive the exact opposite of good because she’s doing wrong.You need to be good in order to receive good.

Duties and Responsibilities: Recreation therapists employ activities for people with disabilities and illnesses such as games, sports, crafts and other activities. They work at hospitals and other medical institutions to maintain the patient’s physical and emotional well being. They talk and spend time with the patient and his/her loved ones.

Salary: $43,180

Education: Bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation.

Demand for this profession: Increase 13%

Reflection: I don't think i would want to do this because i want to be doing surgeries.

Decision Making.

Reflection: The best decision making is when you know something is right. I think that knowing when something is right influences a lot on how you make your choices in life. For example, when you know doing bad things at parties isnt right and people want you to drink, you say no because you know it’s not right. People might think drinking at parties is popular now but you know that doing that would be doing the wrong. I think that other people might be drawn to make bad decisions because they’re easier, popular and cheap. Those decisions lead to no good and can have their consequences. When you chose the right, you have the freedom to not worry about whatever might happen to you because you know you did good.

Reflection: I think i would want to be a clinical laboratory scientist for the army because it would give me a chance to work with the army and do research on medical things.

Reflection: I believe this is true because we are trying to make what’s good popular and to do that we need to be aware of the bad things we do. If we keep on doing the wrong, we are showing that we can’t do right and it’s making the wrong seem more popular and everyone starts to do it. We can promote so many good things and one of them is that we need to be kind to everyone. A lot of people don't take that into consideration much and we treat people however we want. I think we should start being kind because we would like to get the same back and not be judged or made fun of.

Reflection: i think that abraham lincoln has a point right here because he knows that standing with a person who knows what's right is good and that he should be true to himself as well. He stays being true because its the best thing to do when you have good influences around you. Abraham Lincoln is a ctr person because of how honest he is and the things he does make him a great person. I think that he knows that doing the right is the best because he will be more succesful and he will know he is doing right.

my Weekend

My weekend consists of mostly food, friends and parties. Tonight when i get home i’m going out to eat, then to my cousins house. Tomorrow morning im planning to go out to eat with my family for breakfast. At night, i have a 15 to go to, so im gonna see a couple of my friends from this school and apparently 1 friend from south east. It’s gonna be lit, we got everything planned. Alexa is gonna come over and i think david is too on sunday. I really hope im not tired on monday.

Reflection: I think that this is true because you don't have to be the greatest smartest genius to have good character. Character and Intellect are different but they are both good. But the one that’s greater is Character.I think that when you have a good heart and good attitude it makes you a smart person because you know how to be and act.

Reflection: I think that for me, i wouldn’t want to be this because i want to do something with action and like inside the body.

Reflection: I think that Tyler haws is very right. I think that when you try hard for something you want to accomplish, and if you put your mind to it, you can achieve it. You can do anything when you  really work for it. Whenever you do something good for it, you are closer to reaching your goal. If you want something big, and it’s gonna take time to get there, you need to try your best and hope that it makes you closer into getting to your goal. It also takes your focus and determination.

X-Ray technicians

Demand for this profession: should increase 21% between 2012 - 2022

Reflection: I think i would want to be an x-ray techinician because it seems fun looking at the inside of human bodies by how they are on the images. I would want to scan people with tools to see what is wrong inside.

I think this is true and i agree with it because it’s basically saying that to have independence and freedom you must be doing the right thing. I think that independence and freedom both depend on how you are and how you will be on your own. I also think that when you have freedom, to keep that freedom you must do what’s right. When you choose the wrong in situations where its bad, you are putting your freedom at risk.

Radiation Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities: Radiation therapist treat cancer and other diseases by administering. These types of therapist work in hospitals, offices of physicians and they mostly work full time.

Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and need to be certified for the state.

Demand for this profession: expected to grow 14% in the next 8 years.

Reflection:I think that this is a great career and job but i think i wouldn’t take it because i want to be a surgeon or treating babies.

Reflection: I think that this statement is very true. Because you might enjoy something for a while, but if you cheated, its gonna hurt you and come back to you later in life as bad. I think that in order to enjoy something like you should, you shouldnt cheat. I think that most people forget that just because you got away with something when you cheated, it wont turn bad sooner or later, but it will.People should learn how to do things right and actually earn what you wanted instead of cheating your way into success and happiness. Because if you cheat one day, you will feel guilty deep inside,and sooner or later, things will begin to fall into place.

Demand for this profession: Expected growth by 12% from 2012 -2022

Reflection: i think that in would want to be a psychologist because i would get to work with how mental disorders are and i could also work with kids at school and everything.

April Fool’s Day

April fools day is on April 1. People are used to play jokes/pranks on people on this day. April fool’s day may have many different history stories and backgrounds. While i did research, i found out that the origin of the day remains a mystery. I also found out that historians also linked april fools to ancient festivals.Pros for april fools would be you having fun but cons would be getting pranked really badly.
